Sweat
I live in Florida — you have to love sweating to survive here.
I’m a fitness instructor and lifelong wellness fan, passionate about training hard, fueling well, and recovering intentionally. For me, wellness isn’t just workouts — it’s the full cycle: strength, cardio, nutrition, sauna sessions, de-screening, hot yoga, long runs in the sun, and yes… dripping on the pickleball court.
You’ll rarely find me cold. I’m the one in a hoodie dodging the gym AC, choosing heat over comfort every time. Because sweat isn’t just a byproduct — it’s a reset, a release, a ritual.
This is where performance meets real life.
