November Hot Girl Walk
A special "PSL" themed Hot Girl Walk – and we're not talking about Pumpkin Spice Lattes! Instead, we'll be adding some spice to our stroll by incorporating Planks, Squats, and Lunges. Event is free to attend, donations appreciated!

A special "PSL" themed Hot Girl Walk – and we're not talking about Pumpkin Spice Lattes! Instead, we'll be adding some spice to our stroll by incorporating Planks, Squats, and Lunges. Park in the parking lot on General Rees Ave. — we'll meet at the fountain in the park near there.
Remember, "Hot Girl" is a state of mind, not a gender. All are welcome (kids and dogs too!)
(PSL portions are optional, and exercise portions of the walk are low-impact and not intense). The event is free to attend, donations are appreciated to keep the hot girl vibes strong.
